STEP 2: Planning & Research

We also collaborate with key tradespeople and specialists to ensure every aspect of the project is well-planned. At this stage, we begin shaping the project scope and discussing budget considerations, laying the foundation for a seamless design process.

STEP 3: Creative Calibration

This is where the vision truly takes shape. We take a deep dive into your aesthetic preferences, functional needs, and lifestyle to craft a design concept tailored to you. PHASE II: DEVELOP

In the development phase, our initial ideas and concepts take form, evolving into a fully realized design plan. By the end of this stage, every design element will be carefully considered, documented, and communicated to the teams executing the project.

STEP 4: Full Design &

Drawings

Here, we refine our concepts into detailed, actionable designs. Using a combination of hand sketches, material samples, image software, we bring our vision to life. Once the designs are approved, we produce essential drawings, elevations, and documentation to ensure every detail is clearly conveyed to the contractors and tradespeople executing the project.

STEP 5: Hard Finishes & Fixtures

With the core design framework in place, we shift our focus to selecting the hard finishes that will define the space. This includes materials such as tile, flooring, and countertops, as well as fixtures like plumbing and lighting. We guide you through these selections to ensure they align with both the aesthetic vision and functional needs of your space.

STEP 6: Soft Finishes & Furnishings

The final layer of design comes together through soft finishes and furnishings. We curate textiles such as carpets, drapery, and upholstery, along with selecting paint and wall-coverings. At the same time, we source the perfect furnishings, décor, and accessories to complete the space, ensuring a cohesive and thoughtfully curated design.

PHASE III: IMPLEMENT

With a clear vision and design plan in place, the execution phase brings everything to life. From procurement to final styling, we ensure every detail is seamlessly implemented so that your space is both beautiful and functional.

STEP 7: Procurement of Furnishings

Once all selections are finalized and approved, we begin sourcing and curating furniture, décor, and accessories. We carefully track orders, coordinate deliveries to ensure a smooth and efficient installation process.

As the project nears completion, we install furniture, arrange décor, and add those finishing touches that elevate the space. Thoughtful styling brings the design to life, ensuring a polished and cohesive final look.

Once the transformation is complete and you’re fully satisfied with your new space, we finalize any remaining details. We answer your questions, and provide a detailed project binder with everything you need to maintain your home effortlessly.
